Visiting the Ha Cau Orphanage Center

          On the occasion of the New School year 2021 - 2022, on September 6, 2021, on behalf of the International Food Festival Fund, Service Department for Diplomatic Corps has visited and presented gifts to the Ha Cau Orphanage Center - Ha Dong, Hanoi.
            On this occasion, the Congratulatory letter from Ms. Vu Thi Bich Ngoc, Spouse of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Honorable Chairwoman of the AWCH was sent to the orphans who are studying and living at Ha Cau Orphanage Center. The SDDC delegation also brought to the Center gift including: 01 air conditioner, books, pens, food and necessities with a total value of VND 50 million from the International Food Festival Fund.

          Teachers and children of Ha Cau Orphanage Center were very happy and touched when they received meaningful gifts on the occasion of the New school year and the Mid-Autumn Festival, in  difficult time when the studying and the living condition were seriously effected by Covid-19 epidemic. In the 2020-2021 School year, the Center has made great efforts to overcome difficulties, both to prevent epidemics and to ensure conditions for children to study with good results. Teachers and children promises to continue their efforts to overcome all difficulties to fulfill the school year 2021-2022 with best results.

         Due to the regulations on prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic, we could not invite representatives of embassies to join the delegation like previous year. We hope for your understanding and would like to have your support and contribution in the upcoming charity events.
