The Project Social Dimension of Sustainable Green Growth in Vietnam aims to achieve a more inclusive green growth path by strengthening the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs’ capacity to identify and assess the impact of structural reforms and ensure that measures to compensate negative side effects are in place.
The project is part of the Program Macro Economic Reform/Green Growth, which supports the Vietnamese Government developing and implementing macro-economic reforms toward a green, more inclusive model of growth.
The Project is looking for national candidates to fill the following positions:
Senior Project Officer “SD_GGP”
Duty station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam
Duration: 01. October 2017 - 31. December 2018 with possible extension
Summary of main responsibilities:
• Provide technical advice to enhance the conditions for integrating social dimension in green growth related policies and strategies
• Work in a team to prepare operational plan and independently coordinate project activities related social dimensions in green growth, policy impact assessment, social impact assessment according to the project offer to BMZ and the project document approved by the partner organizations, the operational planning with the partner organizations and consultations with the CTA and the partner organizations
• Work closely with partners to prepare project proposal, project document, implementation agreement
• Corporate with a broad range of partners and implementing organizations and key agents involved in providing advices on policy impact assessment in general and social impact assessment in particular to line ministries
• Assist and participate the external and internal communication and cooperation of the project;
• Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of project activities
• Innovation and knowledge management as well as transmission of innovation to a wide range of persons
• Integration of results and experiences into the project approach and partner organisations involved
